Building styles and common defects change from one area to the next. We know them.

We are familiar with houses built using non-traditional construction, such as Livett-Cartwright, Airey and Wimpey no-fines homes, and are happy to carry out surveys on these properties.

Knight Surveys is a family-run RICS chartered surveying practice with its office in Horsforth, Leeds. Most of our work is in Leeds and across Yorkshire, and we often travel further afield.

Across all of these areas we carry out home surveys, valuations, commercial surveys and expert witness reports. That includes RICS Level 2 home surveys, Level 3 building surveys, specific defect reports, rebuild cost assessments, schedules of condition, dilapidations and drone roof surveys.
