We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the firm is regulated by the RICS.
We are also members of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association.
Meet the Directors
Knight Surveys is a family-run business, managed by David and Joe Knight
Managing Director
David Knight
David is recognised for carrying out detailed specialist work and has developed strong relationships with local professionals over a 40 year career in Leeds.
Prior to Knight Surveys, David was a partner at Knight Grindrod.
In his spare time David enjoys playing golf and guitar and watching live bands

Joe Knight
Joe completed a Masters in Surveying and worked for several commercial firms in Leeds to broaden his experience.
In 2018 Joe joined Knight Grindrod and gained good residential experience, prior to starting Knight Surveys with David in 2024.
Joe likes to play squash and also plays drums - sometimes with David!
